Suppression prevents SEIDO from making your data available in active datasets, but may not remove copies already held by third parties or Customers. You may also request a report of the personal data SEIDO holds about you.
We will verify requestors' identities before fulfilling sensitive requests as required by applicable law.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No system is completely secure; users should assist by using unique, strong passwords, keeping credentials confidential, accessing Services only from secure and updated devices, and promptly notifying privacy@seido.me of suspected unauthorized activity.

SEIDO retains personal data for as long as necessary to provide Services and for legitimate business purposes (including deriving, correcting, or validating data), or as required by law. We delete or anonymize personal data when no longer necessary, or upon a valid deletion request unless we have a legally justifiable reason to retain it (e.g., to resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations). We may maintain limited suppression records to prevent re-inclusion of removed individuals.
SEIDO operates and hosts systems in multiple jurisdictions. If you access Services from outside the jurisdiction where SEIDO is established, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
